The first six fields can access all persons. If you select a person, the next field will be activated.
If you have met a person who is not included in the company list, you can add free text as well. The following applies to all scroll-down menus:
In addition to selecting from the list, you can always add free text.
In the Attendees list, select a company that was present on the site. Then click on the next field to the right and add the number of people who were on the site. Now you only have to categorize these people according to their qualifications.
As soon as you have entered the number of workers, the next company line will be activated, and the number of people will be calculated.
Make a brief note of the current job these companies are working on in the last company line.
