Use this command to open an existing Site Journal.

File | Save
Saves the Site Journal under the existing name.

File | Save as...
Saves the Site Journal under a new name.

File | Print
Takes you to the Printing functions submenu

File | Preview
Shows you the page layout of the Site Journal.

File | 1 Exampel.btb
Opens the last four projects.

File | Exit
Closes the program.

Edit | Project data
Starts the Project and Company data dialog box into which you can enter names and companies.

Edit | Import Site Journal from Excel
Imports data from the Site_journal.xlt spreadsheet. This is very helpful; e.g. when you are using a template or want to import from Pocket Excel on a PDA.

Edit | Export Site Journal to Excel
Exports data to the Site_journal.xlt spreadsheet. This helps to generate a typical Site Journal template.

Edit | Export company list to Excel
Copies the Company list to the Site_journal.xlt spreadsheet.

Edit | Choose language
Starts the dialog to choose the language.

View | Tool bar
Hide/show Tool bar.

View | Status bar
Hides/shows the Status bar.

Shows site-related tips with each program start.

Starts the Help menu.
